The resort has a beautiful location and a pleasant pool area, but it falls short in service and maintenance, especially compared to other affiliated properties. The food is decent, but the housekeeping needs significant improvement. While the rooms are cozy, mine definitely had some cleanliness issues, including dirty linens and a musty smell. Overall, it's an okay spot with room for better service and facilities.
